Panic Disorder Program
Panic disorder is a common and potentially debilitating psychological condition. Fortunately, panic disorder is quite treatable using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT for panic disorder involves both learning how to view one’s physical symptoms differently and gradually confronting avoided situations and body sensations.
Parenting Program
NBI's Three-Day Parenting Intensive Program is designed to teach you specific skills to deal with Anxiety, OCD, and related conditions impacting your child's life. Bring joy back into your relationship with your child, family, and beyond by improving your parenting skills.
Community Engagement Program
This program is designed to support a gradual transition from a higher level of care to practicing and generalizing skills that have been learned in treatment in a community or home setting. The program will include sessions focusing on self-care, independent living skills, self-advocacy, and making progress toward educational and/or vocational goals.
Social Skills Program
Designed for young adults, this innovative program combines cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with theater techniques to help individuals who are socially anxious or who are on the autism spectrum use their creativity and have fun while advancing their social skills.
