Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
The partial hospitalization program (PHP) at NBI is an intensive and specialized treatment program for Anxiety and OCD spectrum and related disorders, including Autism spectrum and emerging adult issues. Clinic runs Monday through Friday from 9:15 am to 2:30 pm. During each week you will participate in several daily group therapies, family and parent support, nutritional counseling, executive functioning support, and one individual psychotherapy session per day. The type of session may be changed or replaced based on clinical observations to better support you. NBI’s PHP is designed to be executed over the course of 12 weeks.
As all individuals are different, and enter treatment with unique circumstances, varying levels of readiness and identifiable strengths and weaknesses, it is quite possible to reach your treatment goals in less than 12 weeks. Likewise, it is also possible to require more than 12 weeks. In these cases, the NBI Team will renew and redesign a care plan to suit the needs your needs.
