Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The intensive outpatient program (IOP) at NBI is an intensive and specialized treatment program for Anxiety and OCD spectrum and related disorders, including Autism spectrum and emerging adult issues. The IOP program is “nested” within NBI’s programmatic offerings and runs Monday through Friday. Patients will attend programming for 3hrs per day for 3 or 5 days of the week, and the frequency with which you are in programming depends on your unique clinical needs.

During each day in the IOP program you will participate in at least 1 individual session, alongside a variety of clinical services that are carefully selected to best support you. This may include group therapies, family therapy, parent support, nutritional counseling, executive functioning support, or couples counseling. The type of session may be changed or replaced based on clinical observations to better support you. Please review the sample schedule and services glossary.
